These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rabbit Dasher (the "App"), developed and published by Mark Berkenbosch ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing Rabbit Dasher, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the App.
1. License to use the App
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Rabbit Dasher on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's own App Store terms of service.
2. In-app purchases
Rabbit Dasher offers optional in-app purchases of consumable virtual currency ("carrots"). In-app purchases are entirely optional — the game can be played and enjoyed without purchasing anything. Carrots have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or devices outside of the App itself.
All purchases are billed and processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own refund policies — we are not able to directly process or guarantee refunds ourselves.
3. Rewarded advertisements
Rabbit Dasher may offer optional rewarded video advertisements, provided by a third-party advertising network, that grant in-game rewards (such as extra carrots, an extra life, or a continued run) when watched to completion. Watching ads is entirely optional and never required to play the game. Rewards are only granted once an advertisement has been successfully completed, as confirmed by the advertising network — closing or skipping an ad early will not grant a reward.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its purchase/reward systems;
- Use any hacked, modified, or unauthorized version of the App;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.
5. Intellectual property
Rabbit Dasher, including its name, characters, artwork, and code, is the property of Mark Berkenbosch. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights in the App — only the limited license to use it described in Section 1.
6. Third-party services
The App integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob (for advertising) and Apple Game Center and StoreKit (for leaderboards and purchases). Your use of these services is also subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on these services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Rabbit Dasher is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, and we don't guarantee any particular gameplay outcome or reward frequency.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
